are you aware of the vastness inside of you? you don’t know yourself as well as you think. let go of your prejudgments and assumptions of who and what you are and can be. there are vast galaxies within that you haven’t explored. let go of who you think you are and observe.

wholly loved

if you believed, just for a moment, that you where wholly loved, unconditionally loved, unquestionably loved, loved without limits, loved without fine print, how would that moment feel? then, believe it.

some of us struggle to be vanilla ice cream, because we perceive ourselves as complicated, different, hard to digest. then, sometimes, we remember we are rocky road ice cream… which is delicious.

what is real is scary, challenging, beautiful, mysterious, miraculous and comforting. get out of your head.

landscape

what are your limits? are they the downfall of every plan you have? or are they simply part of the landscape? sometimes it is not within your power to change the mountain, the river, the prairie, but it is within your power to accept them and call them home.
